Recommended Use: A 50g dose is ideal as a breakfast or snack. It is suggested to consume at least 90 minutes before or after meals, or after physical activity. The maximum recommended dosage is twice a day. For preparation, add the contents of the sachet into a suitable container with 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water, stir well, and enjoy. Cold water can also be used.
