Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules once or twice daily with food, or as recommended by your health practitioner. Use for at least 8-12 weeks to see beneficial effects. Best taken with five deep, slow breaths.
Safety Information
Consult a health practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks, if symptoms persist or worsen, if pregnant or breastfeeding, have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid or liver disorder, or if taking any other medications or natural health products as piperine may alter their effectiveness.
